Open the account, and the build fee is credited to zero

Plans start at $137 a month. The $797 one-time build fee is normally invoiced once you have approved the finished site. Until December 31, 2026 it is posted as a credit on the same statement instead, so the only thing you pay to begin is the first month.

The same build fee is credited on every plan. What changes between them is what the monthly fee carries.

Every line of the three plans is set out on the rate card, and every feature is mapped to the plan that carries it on the features page.

What is charged, and when

Four moments. Only one of them takes money while this window is open.

  • 01

    Today

The first month of the plan you pick, from $137, paid by card on Stripe's secure checkout. That starts the monthly subscription. Nothing else is taken.

  • 02

    During the build

Nothing extra. The build runs on the plan you are already paying for.

  • 03

    At launch

The build fee would normally be invoiced here. Inside this window it is posted as a credit instead.

  • 04

    Every month after

The same monthly fee, charged automatically on the date you ordered, with 5 revisions, hosting, the domain and the articles inside it.

Six postings between paying and going live

  1. 01

    Posting 01

    The first month is paid

You pay the first month by card on Stripe, which opens the account, starts the monthly subscription and books your build slot. The build fee is not charged at checkout, and inside this window it is not charged later either.

  2. 02

    Posting 02

    The onboarding form

Services, offices, team, and anything you already have written. It takes most firms about twenty minutes.

  3. 03

    Posting 03

    One onboarding call

We fill the gaps in the form, agree the page list and set the launch date against the plan you chose.

  4. 04

    Posting 04

    We build it

Live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on the plan. You do not log in to anything.

  5. 05

    Posting 05

    You review, we launch

Your revisions before launch do not count against the 5 a month. Once you approve it, the site goes live.

  6. 06

    Posting 06

    The credit is posted

The build fee appears on your account and is cleared by the launch credit on the same statement, so the invoice reads zero.

Posting window

The credit is posted on accounts opened up to December 31, 2026

No countdown that resets, and no price that quietly goes up afterwards. One date, published, and after it the $797 build fee is invoiced at launch the way it normally is.

What we need from you

Six things, and you can arrive with four of them. The onboarding form asks for the rest in about twenty minutes.

  • 01

    Your service list

Every service you want its own page for, in the words your clients use.

  • 02

    Your offices

Each address, hours and the practice areas that office actually handles.

  • 03

    Your people

Names, credentials and a line or two each. We write the rest.

  • 04

    Logo and photos

Whatever you have. If you have nothing, we build around type and the brand palette.

  • 05

    Domain access

Or none at all, and we register one in your name, free while the plan is active.

  • 06

    Where enquiries go

The inbox or the CRM. We route them by direct API, Zapier or Make.

The whole first week is set out on the onboarding page, including what we do while we wait for anything you still owe us.

Nothing here is buried. The refund and cancellation rules are the two most firms want in writing first.

  • Revisions. 5 a month included, any size, completed in 2 to 5 working days. Extra revisions are $20 each with no cap.

  • The speed guarantee. 90+ PageSpeed on mobile and desktop for every page we build and host, or we fix it at no charge.

  • Cancellation. By email, at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours. A weekend email counts from the next business day.

  • Refunds. All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. The full policy is linked below and worth reading before you start.

  • Hosting and domain. Included, never itemised separately, for as long as the plan is active.

  • The credit itself. It applies once, to the one-time build fee, on any account opened on or before December 31, 2026. Monthly prices are unchanged by it.

What firms say after launch

  • Tax, audit and advisory used to share one paragraph. Now each has its own page and the intake form asks the questions we used to spend the first call on. By the time a prospect is on the phone, the partner already knows what kind of engagement it is.

Marcus Whitfield (sample)Managing partner, CPA firm, three partners, Dallas, TX

  • Splitting monthly bookkeeping from catch-up work was the change I did not know I needed. People with two years of unreconciled books now land on a page written for them, and they arrive already knowing which software we work in.

Elena Ruiz (sample)Owner, Bookkeeping practice, Tampa, FL

  • In my busiest weeks I cannot pick up every call. The AI receptionist answers, takes the details and books a consultation, and it never tries to answer a tax question. I read the call summary and call back the people who need me.

Dana Okafor (sample)Enrolled agent and founder, Solo EA practice, Atlanta, GA

The full FAQ
What exactly is credited when I open an account?

The one-time build fee, which is $797 on this rate card. It is normally invoiced after you approve the finished site. On any account opened on or before December 31, 2026 it is posted and cleared by a credit of the same amount, so the invoice reads zero. Monthly plan prices are not changed by it.

What is actually taken from my card today?

The first month of the plan you pick, paid on Stripe's secure checkout, and nothing else. It starts a monthly subscription that renews on the same date each month until you cancel. That is $137 on Single Entry, $297 on Double Entry or $747 on Full Ledger. There is no deposit and no build fee at any point inside this window.

Is the credit available on all three plans?

Yes. The build fee is the same amount on every plan, so the credit is the same amount on every plan. It does not change which plan is the right one for your firm.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Single Entry, 10 days on Double Entry and 15 days on Full Ledger, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the payment. The clock only waits on us, not on you.

What if I cancel before the site launches?

Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date and no further invoice is raised. All sales are final, so the months already paid are not refunded, and the build fee is never charged in the first place inside this window.

Does this stack with the Black Friday offer?

No, and it does not need to. The Black Friday offer already includes this credit and adds 30 percent off the first 3 months on top of it, for that week only. Outside that week the build fee credit stands on its own until December 31, 2026.

Do I have to have everything ready before I start?

No. Pay the first month, fill in the onboarding form with what you have, and the onboarding call fills the gaps. Most firms arrive with a service list and a logo and nothing else, and that is enough to start.
