The week, day by day
The window covers the whole sale week, so nothing depends on you being at a desk on one particular morning. Black Friday itself falls on the Friday, and Cyber Monday closes it.

An account opened at any point inside those 7 days takes the sale price. The discounted invoices then run from your own first invoice date, not from the end of the week.
What it comes to, per plan
Both prices, side by side, including the one you pay from month 4. Nothing here is a headline figure with the rest in a footnote.
| Plan | Standard a month | First 3 months | Saved on the months | Saved in total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single Entry | $137 | $95.90 | $123.30 | $920.30 |
| Double Entry | $297 | $207.90 | $267.30 | $1,064.30 |
| Full Ledger | $747 | $522.90 | $672.30 | $1,469.30 |
Saved in total is the 3 discounted months plus the $797 build fee credit. From month 4 every plan returns to the price on the rate card, unchanged.

Each button opens Stripe's secure checkout for that plan's monthly subscription. Only the monthly plan is charged, and the sale price is applied there automatically while the week is open.
What the sale does not change
A cheaper invoice is only worth having if the thing behind it is the same thing. It is.
- 01
The plan itself
Every page, every article and every revision that the plan normally carries. The sale moves the invoice, not the work.
- 02
The speed guarantee
90+ PageSpeed on mobile and desktop, or we fix it at no charge.
- 03
The launch clock
Still 7 days on Single Entry, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the sale.
- 04
How you leave
Cancellation by email, 2 business days before the next invoice. A sale price has never been a lock-in here.

What firms report after launch
The sale changes the invoice for 3 months. What a firm actually notices is further down the year.

Tax, audit and advisory used to share one paragraph. Now each has its own page and the intake form asks the questions we used to spend the first call on. By the time a prospect is on the phone, the partner already knows what kind of engagement it is.
Splitting monthly bookkeeping from catch-up work was the change I did not know I needed. People with two years of unreconciled books now land on a page written for them, and they arrive already knowing which software we work in.

In my busiest weeks I cannot pick up every call. The AI receptionist answers, takes the details and books a consultation, and it never tries to answer a tax question. I read the call summary and call back the people who need me.

Sample reviews. These are illustrative examples of the kind of result clients describe, not statements from real, named clients. Verified client reviews will replace them.

The six things firms ask
If the answer you want is not here, the order page sets out the terms line by line.
What exactly is discounted during Black Friday week?
The first 3 monthly invoices on whichever plan you open, at 30 percent off. On Single Entry that is $95.90 a month instead of $137, for 3 months. From month 4 the standard price applies, and we say so here rather than in a footnote.
Does the build fee waiver stack on top of this?
No. The Black Friday offer includes the build fee credit rather than adding a second one on top of it. The $797 one-time build fee is credited to zero either way, and the sale adds the 30 percent off the first 3 months.
When does the window open and close?
It opens on Tuesday November 24, 2026 and closes at the end of Monday November 30, 2026. That is the full sale week, so it covers Black Friday itself on Friday and Cyber Monday at the end of it.
What if I cannot start the build until next year?
The sale price is attached to when the account is opened, not to when we build. Open it inside the window, take the onboarding call whenever suits you, and the discounted months run from your first invoice.
Is the offer the same on all three plans?
Yes. 30 percent off the first 3 months applies to Single Entry, Double Entry and Full Ledger, and the build fee credit is the same amount on all three because the build fee is.
What happens if I miss the week?
The build fee credit still stands on its own until December 31, 2026, so opening an account after the sale still costs nothing to build. The 30 percent off the monthly fee is the part that belongs to the week.
Closing entry
7 days, then the rate card goes back
Tuesday November 24, 2026 to Monday November 30, 2026. After that, plans return to $137 a month and the build fee credit runs on alone until December 31, 2026.
Not ready this week? Open an account at the standard rate, with the build fee still credited to zero.
