A website built for a CPA firm with more than one service line

A CPA firm site earns new engagements by giving each service, each partner and each office its own page, rather than one long paragraph listing everything the firm does.

What usually goes wrong for CPA firms

EntryWhat it costs the practice

  • 01

Tax, audit, assurance and advisory are all crammed onto one "services" page, so none of them rank and a visitor cannot tell which partner handles what.

  • 02

The site was built for a single practitioner years ago and has never caught up with a growing partner roster or a second office.

  • 03

There is no way for a prospective client to tell the firm apart from a national chain or a directory listing before they call.

  • 04

Enquiries land in a shared inbox that nobody owns, so a warm lead from the website sits for days before anyone follows up.

The niche tool

Client intake form

A structured form that asks entity type, services being considered and general timeframe, so an enquiry from the site already tells the assigned partner what they are walking into.

How the intake form works

Three ways to run it

Each plan includes everything in the one before it. The $797 build fee is the same on all three, and is invoiced only after launch.

Questions from CPA firms

Can each partner have their own bio page?

Yes. Partner and senior staff bios are standard, each with their focus area, credentials as the firm states them, and a link to the service pages they lead. Adding or updating a bio is a normal revision.

We have two offices. Does the site handle that?

Each office gets its own page with its address, hours and the team based there, cross-linked so the firm reads as one practice rather than two separate listings. Opening a third office later is a revision, not a rebuild.

Do you write about audit and assurance work, or just tax?

Articles and service pages cover whichever services the firm actually offers. If audit and assurance are part of the practice, they get the same page depth and article coverage as tax and bookkeeping.

How do enquiries reach the right partner?

During onboarding you tell us how the firm routes new business today, and we connect the intake form and contact form into that CRM or inbox by API, Zapier or Make, so the right person sees it immediately.
