Topic 01
The offer
What do I actually get for the monthly fee?
A fully managed, custom-coded website for your accounting or bookkeeping practice: a page for every service you offer, a client intake form routed into your CRM, weekly detail updates, researched articles published on a schedule, and hosting, all inside the monthly figure. Single Entry covers the site fully managed; Double Entry adds the AI Engine; Full Ledger adds the Content Engine.
How long until my site is live?
7 days on Single Entry, 10 on Double Entry while the AI agents are trained on your firm's services, and 15 on Full Ledger with the content engine set up alongside it. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.
Is this built specifically for accounting firms, or a generic small-business template?
Every page is built around how an accounting practice actually gets new clients: a page per service (tax prep, bookkeeping, payroll, advisory), a client intake form that asks the questions a firm actually needs answered before a call, and articles written for the specific services you offer. Nothing is a generic small-business template with your logo swapped in.
Topic 02
Getting started
What happens straight after I buy?
You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your services, your team, your brand, your domain and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
What is the client portal?
It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.
I do not have all my content ready yet. Can we still start?
Yes. Submit the onboarding form with whatever you have, and note what is still coming. We build around what is confirmed first, usually your core services and team, and slot in the rest as it arrives without pushing the launch date unless the missing piece is something we cannot build around, like your logo or your domain preference.
Do I need to write the content myself?
No. You give us the facts about your services, your team and how you work, in the onboarding form or on the call, and we write the pages. On plans with the AI Engine and the Content Engine, ongoing articles are researched and written for you on the published schedule as well.
Topic 03
Revisions and the client portal
What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?
A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. New service page, updated fee schedule, a different team photo, a new office added: each is one revision. So is something much larger sent as a single request. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size.
How do I actually request a change?
Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.
Can a revision include adding a whole new service page?
Yes. Adding a new service, a new office, or a new team member's bio is one revision regardless of how much writing and layout it takes, as long as you send it as one request. Splitting the same work into several small tickets still counts as several revisions.
Topic 04
Articles
How many articles do I get, and how long are they?
2 researched articles a week on Single Entry and Double Entry, and 3 a week on Full Ledger. Each one runs 2,500 to 3,200 words and is cited to real sources.
Who decides what the articles cover?
We propose topics drawn from your services, your sub-niche and what people actually search for around accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation, and you can request specific topics or steer away from ones that do not fit your practice at any time through the client portal.
Do the articles give tax, accounting or financial advice?
No. Articles describe what a service typically involves, how an engagement usually runs, and what questions a prospective client should ask, framed as general information rather than advice for a specific person's situation. That keeps the content useful for search and appropriate for a firm to publish under its own name.
Topic 05
The AI Engine
What does the AI Engine actually do?
On Double Entry and Full Ledger, an AI receptionist, site chat and SMS or Messenger AI answer questions about your firm and its services, take enquiry details, and book a call or intake appointment. Call analysis is delivered as a PDF summary so you can see what was discussed.
Will the AI give advice to my clients?
No. The AI Engine is configured specifically not to give tax, accounting or financial advice. It answers questions about the firm and its services, and anything that would amount to advice is handed to a person at your firm. You review and approve the scripts before launch.
What is A2P 10DLC and why does it matter?
It is the carrier registration process required to send SMS reliably in the United States. We file it on your behalf when text messaging is part of your plan, and carrier fees are passed through at what our providers charge us, with nothing added on top.
Topic 06
Hosting and management
Is hosting an extra cost?
No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item in month four.
Can my site handle a sudden spike in traffic?
Yes. Cloudflare's edge network and unmetered bandwidth mean a spike in visitors, whether from a seasonal surge in your practice or a link that gets shared widely, does not slow the site down or interrupt enquiry delivery.
Topic 07
Domains
Do I have to pay for a domain?
No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for people who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.
Topic 08
Moving from your current site
We already have a website. What happens to it?
Tell us your current domain during onboarding and we point it at the new site once it is live and approved. Pages worth keeping for search value are identified and rebuilt, and old URLs that no longer exist are redirected to their closest match, so a client with a bookmarked page does not land on an error.
Will we lose our search rankings during the move?
A properly redirected migration, which is what we do, generally preserves the ranking value of pages that still exist in some form on the new site. New pages, faster load times and a proper page structure typically improve visibility over the following months rather than harm it.
Topic 09
Billing and cancellation
What do I actually pay, and when?
You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $137, $297 plus AI usage, or $747 a month. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.
How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?
Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterward.
